As an IT Specialist, you will be a part of Group Internal IT team responsible for providing internal support services. In addition to daily operations and project work, you are expected to focus on continuous improvement and increasing efficiencies. You will be driven by making a difference every day and will take ownership of tasks until they are solved!  YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FORFirst line support for Internal IT systems and LINK employees.Point of Contact for IT Service Desk (local and remote) and Infrastructure.Process IT HW orders and Inventory management.Responsible for maintaining and improving LINK On-Premises and Cloud Infrastructure including but not limited to MS Azure, O365 services, End Point Manager (Intune), Atlassian applications, Backup, Antivirus solution, and Line of Business Applications integrations with AD.Maintain and develop Service Desk documentation and knowledge sharing within team members.Provide technical expertise and support for Internal IT initiatives and Projects; Including but not limited to infrastructure improvements, new systems adaptation, and business expansion due to M&A. Identify operational problems and contributes to their resolution, checking that they are managed in accordance with agreed standards and procedures.Be expected to work on call and/or on shifts as per business requirements WE HOPE YOU HAVEPersonality comes first!
