We are looking for an Onboarding/Integration Engineer who can help us onboard new partners as we expand our footprint and ensure that our integrations meet and exceed the necessary quality requirements.Telenor Linx is a company within the Telenor Group. We partner with global digital players such as Google, Meta and Netflix, and Mobile Network Operators worldwide, to provide the best possible user experience. We secure connectivity for over 200 million subscribers, enabling them to stay connected independent of where they are. Telenor Linx is the result of merging the two global units Telenor Digital AS and Telenor Global Services AS and is fully owned by Telenor Group. The company has an estimated yearly revenue of approx. 2 BNOK and engages 200 people across the world with offices in Norway (HQ), Sweden, Poland, Dubai, Pakistan, Thailand, Singapore. We are now searching for new talents to take part in building Telenor Linx and develop global services benefitting mobile subscribers worldwide.We offer a broad set of products and services as core telco services such as international voice, messaging, data roaming for Telenor, including software development of cloud-native solutions connecting mobile operators and digital service providers, globally.Who are you? We are looking for an engineer that possesses a wide range of skills but has a primary interest in working closely with partners on API integrations (our partners vary from big companies to medium-sized and small partners). You manage to communicate complex, technical information in a clear and concise manner.While you will not be expected to write code, if you are interested in participating in development activities, we will not discourage you.You will get an opportunity to work closely with our developers to understand and resolve potential issues that may impact our partners. You should be willing to learn new technologies. We do code reviews in GitHub and participate in second-line engineering on-call activities.On a typical day, expect to:Technically onboard, configure and integrate partners with our APIsPerform and validate testing before launchCoordinate partner UATMonitor partners after launchAnswer technical questions from partnersWrite and improve DCB product documentationAssess and test code to ensure that code changes do not impact partnersGenerate specialized reports for partners (knowledge of SQL queries is useful)Most of the engineers in the team have an M.Sc or Phd in Computer Science, or similar relevant experience.
