You will be responsible for leading, developing and coaching the Hub Digital organization proactively, to exceed the sales targets through high performance and ensure high levels of customer success across the Hub.Location: Any ABB office in Norway, Sweden, UK, Ireland, Denmark or FinlandYour responsibilitiesLead the development of digital proficiency within the digital sales and account management teamsDevelop and articulate a clear understanding of digitalization needs and trends in the marketEnable the organization to relate the digital portfolio to customer business outcomesDevelop proficiency in solution consulting and solution sellingSet and implement the digital strategy by working with cross-functional teams in alignment with the division and business area strategyLead the digital strategy development and implementation roadmap at Hub and country levelAccelerate the adoption of new digital portfolio solutions with local contextualizationSupport pursuit teams in their efforts to win and execute projectsNurture local partnerships within the ecosystem for a stronger GTMBe the face of “digital” within the region, both externally and internallyDevelop strong customer relationships with key customersGuide, motivate and develop people competencies and behaviorYour backgroundExperience and a track-record working with energy industry customersComprehensive understanding of the challenges customers in the energy industry face, and a view on how digital offerings can solve theseStrong understanding of customer’s buying behaviors and drive towards new business modelsTechnical understanding of digital portfolio (you will get training to learn more about ABB-specific portfolio)Demonstrated conceptual thinking and thought-leadership skillsProven track record of delivering resultsExperience in multi-cultural work environmentsStrong communication-, collaboration- and leadership skillsRelevant degree, e.g.: in engineering and/or business managementFluent in EnglishMore about usAs a Hub Digital Lead, you will join a friendly and easygoing team with highly professional colleagues, and multiple opportunities to learn, connect and grow.To learn more about us, visit us online:ABB Group.
