You will play a crucial role in enhancing our HR initiatives and fostering stakeholder engagement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on projects that impact our international workforce positively.This is a permanent position reporting to the Group Department Head, located in either Oslo, Norway, or Fuengirola, Spain. Key Responsibilities:Drive HR projects across markets to implement and standardize HR processes. Proposing simple, effective, and user-friendly solutions related to current trends.Facilitate change management efforts to ensure the successful adoption of HR practices and technologies.Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.Provide training and support to HR team members and employees impacted by HR projects.Evaluate project outcomes and gather feedback for post-project analysis to improve future projects. Qualifications:Master’s degree in human resources, communications, project management, or a related field.Proven experience in driving HR projects, preferably in an international setting.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.You must identify yourself with our core values; willing to improve, goal-oriented, customer-focused, and reliable. The right person: We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a proven capacity for critical information analysis.
