Our company values collaboration, creativity, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of what's possible. Location: Oslo, Haugesund, Stavanger or Nedre Vats Time type: Full-time  We are Lean, Bold and Transparent - Join the robot revolution with us!  KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Leading the development and enhancements of our PLM platform together with our Engineering Tool Manager, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.  Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that align with business needs.  Leveraging your technical expertise to participate in agile development processes, delivering high-quality results within specified timelines.  Drawing from your experience in PLM implementations to provide valuable insights and contribute to strategic decision-making.   KEY QUALIFICATIONS:  Proven experience in PLM implementations and a strong technical understanding of PLM systems.  A track record of successful agile development practices, delivering results in a fast-paced environment.  Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.  Relevant Master’s degree within the field of either IT or Engineering  Preferably at least 3-5 years of experience within relevant work English is our official working language, so a proficient level in English is a requirement.  PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: Excellent communicator and creative thinker A structured approach and great coordination skills Solution-oriented with attention to detail Proactive and engaged Self-going, as well as a good collaborator  WE OFFER:  A creative, safe, and solid workplace in a business experiencing tremendous growth – Norway's first unicorn company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange  A company culture where we recognize and applaud everyone's contributions in making decisions  In AutoStore we value flexibility, and we offer a worldwide 60/40 remote-working policy for all roles that can be performed remotely  Competitive compensation and benefits package including good pension and insurance scheme, parking spaces with charging stations, workout facilities, subsidized company cabin scheme, subsidized canteen, paid exercise time and paid voluntary time.   Show your interest in the position by registering your CV and application as soon as possible.
