We are recruiting for redeployment project for the Baleine Field in Côte d’Ivoire.Altera Infrastructure has been selected by Eni and its partner Petroci for using the Voyageur Spirit on Baleine Field in Côte d’Ivoire.The Voyageur Spirit will undergo upgrade and life extension work in Dubai, to be ready for a firm operating period of 15 years on Baleine.Job DescriptionThe Project Controls Coordinator manages, integrates, coordinates and reviews the work of the Project Controls group to develop, implement, feed, reconcile, and maintain valuable program control databases and reports.A project controls coordinator to support the Project Controls Team, and especially the project cost controller with miscellaneous project controls task. Being a focal point for the invoicing process. Follow up of invoicing process (Both supplier / subcontractor and client) Follow up that incoming invoices are immediately invoiced to clientFollow up invoice approval process to ensure no time is lostFollow up payment of invoicesEnsure full visibility of cash in / cash out and the link between them Ensuring that invoices have required back-up informationLiaise with Finance and Accounting (F&A) Department/ Accounts Payable and support where requiredParticipate in improvement of Project Control SystemPhasing of cash and Value of Work Done incl. monthly updateSupport of project cost controller: Cost/commitment/invoice controlProject cost Forecasting according to Budgets and BaselinesOrganize and establish Project Cost Baseline (CCE) updatesMonthly cost and change reportingChange managementMonitoring and analysis of Contractor performance, including cost estimates, bids, change orders, invoices, quantities, material/labor rates, physical engineering/construction/ commissioning and start-up progress  Qualification RequirementsEducation: University degree in Engineering or relevant experience to compensate for the lack of itProject controls for large industrial construction project with focus on cost controlProject Cost control systemsKnowledge of Project Accounting/Financial reportingEnergetic, practical, systematic and delivery oriented.Well developed communication skills.Good English skills, written and verbal About MDEWhen the right people connect, we create value.MDE Group is a global recruitment company, specializing in finding and placing the greatest talents worldwide.
