Apply today to help shape the future together with Archer Oiltools!Reporting LineThe QA Advisor AOT Norway will report directly to the QA Manager AOT Norway & Continental Europe.RoleAs our QA Advisor, you'll be at the forefront of quality assurance, supporting Norway operations, maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS), and driving improvement projects within AOT.Your responsibilities will consist of a wide range of different and exiting tasks.Key Responsibilities (not limited to)Provide QA support to Norway operations.Establish, implement, and maintain processes for the quality management system.Ensure AOT Norway complies with both internal and external Quality Management requirements.Conduct performance studies and analyses, offering recommendations for quality and vendor performance improvements.Assist in tenders and pre-qualification processes for AOT Norway.Support and take part in internal/external audits.Actively support and facilitate continual improvement projects.Collaborate closely with the AOT organization to establish best practices.Take part in development and maintenance of Archer Oiltools' operational system.Provide support and assistance to users of the operational system when necessary.General InstructionsAll advisors are expected to perform their job within the bounds of Archer`s Mission, Vision, and Values, and in line with the Company`s management systems and established policies, processes, and procedures.Leadership attitude makes company culture. Advisors must walk the talk and be good role models for employees.Limits of authorityFull responsibility for all activities within the philosophies and constraints laid out in the key responsibilities.The company reserves the right to amend or change the activities listed, taking into account the job holder’s qualifications and experience to enable the business needs to be met.QualificationsHigher relevant education (B.Sc or M.Sc.) e.g Quality Management, Change Management, Societal Safety and Risk Management or other relevant.Knowledge and understanding of Quality Management Systems and QMS requirements, ISO 9001:2015, API Q1Office 365 and know your way around use and creating of Sharepoint sites.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in both spoken and written Norwegian and English.1-3 years of relevant experience.Work environmentIn our company, we place great emphasis on creating a positive and pleasant work environment.
