The department consists of 19 committed colleagues, who together are responsible for the development, execution, and follow-up of Plan International Norway's long term development and humanitarian portfolio in cooperation with prioritized country offices, partners, and donors.Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:Responsible for proactively monitoring the development in assigned countries to inform the position of Plan International Norway's priorities.Lead and coordinate proposal and report writing processes for country/ies falling under his/her responsibility in line with Plan International's programme quality standards.Monitor project results, including through field missions.Actively engage in partnership building with assigned Country and Regional Offices, including in the development of strategic plans.Provide thematic programme support and quality assurance throughout the project cycle in close co-operation and co-ordination with field level staff when required.Represent Plan in external meetings.We believe this is a good description of you:Minimum Bachelor degree in relevant fieldMinimum five years of relevant working experience, ideally also field experience.Thorough knowledge of project cycle management and grant management, including compliance, budget follow up and proposal writingFluency in English and French.What is it like working at Plan International Norway?At Plan, we focus on interdisciplinary collaboration and diversity, believing that this contributes to better results.
