Never standing still, we see limitless possibilities for our solutions; and our knowledge sharing, collaboration and innovative thinking are just a few of the ways we fuel our energy for what we do. Purpose: The Delivery Manager is responsible for:·      Overseeing study execution to ensure successful study delivery and client satisfaction;·      Drive new business across all Markets and Practices for Genesis in the Nordics;·      Interface with global colleagues to share knowledge and optimise the local service offering;·      Grow and develop the local Norway team to further enhance the local presence;·      Increase brand awareness by representing Genesis at events, conferences and client meetings; As such the Delivery Manager has both Win-it and Do-it responsibility across Norway and the Nordics. This is both an external facing role that builds a trusted relationship with Clients and an internal facing role that develops strong teams and oversees excellence in execution. Reporting Line: Head of Country Directly Supervises: Study managers and technical team members. Typical profile:·      Experience with Client interfaces and understanding of energy markets;·      Excellent networking, negotiation, and influencing skills;·      Open communication style with the ability to quickly develop trusting client relationships;·      Previous experience of the commercial aspects of consulting;·      “Seeing the bigger picture” to give tenders and study deliverables an “edge”;·      Experience in promoting technical consulting offerings;·      Proactive, self-starter motivated towards achieving pre-agreed targets and objectives;·      Results driven: accountable, determined to outperform, leads change, customer focused;·      People: leads with courage, respects and empowers, mentors and develops the team;·      Strategic thinking: adopts a broader perspective, embraces innovation and change;·      Agility: strong learning agility and ability to manage complexity;·      Collaborative: creates an inclusive culture and fosters global collaboration.  Main Accountabilities·      Responsible for meeting Order Intake and revenue KPI for project portfolio;·      Establish line of sight of, and develop the opportunity pipeline through client engagement;·      Support business development to grow and diversify market footprint and client base;·      Build Client relationships and understanding of client drivers / challenges;·      Manage and sponsor studies/projects/tenders, supporting study managers and technical team in their delivery to meet business objectives and client satisfaction;·      Provide leadership to local team of Study Managers and technical staff, ensuring strong engagement and motivation of the team;·      Collaborate closely with P&C teams to ensure a proactive approach to development and retention of talent;·      Support global collaboration to ensure continuous improvement and simplification of processes and tools, with a focus on digitalization;·      Ensure the team has the necessary competencies to execute projects and grow our business.
