Based in Oslo, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring financial control, optimizing commercial tools, participate in impactful business development projects, tracking sales performance, and driving efficiency, all while embodying the company mission statement "We simplify."Key Responsibilities:Your key responsibility will be within both business development and performance management.Drive the business development agenda alongside the Country Manager, Head of ComEx and Head of Business SupportLead and support local projects, business cases and initiatives supporting our simplification agenda.Oversee local project coordination for our Annual Business Planning.Collaborate with sales-, consumer- and marketing teams to enhance commercial processes inclusive S&T plans and consumer goalsDevelop and refine performance tools.Create Monthly Performance Packages and participate in leadership performance reviews.Contribute to performance reviews with key business drivers, including sales, consumer and Marketing KPI`s.Qualifications to excel this role 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, corporate development or a similar role (post-graduation or during your studies).An MSc in Business, MSc in Economics, MSc in Finance or equivalent.Fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages and EnglishStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilitiesEffective stakeholder and project management skillsCuriosity, self-motivation and a passion for a fast paced, growth-oriented environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI training provided)Quick learning ability, resourcefulness, flexibility and customer service orientationNext Steps:For more information, feel free to reach out to Head of Business Support, Terje Lie, notal@coloplast.com or Senior Nordic HR BP, Peter Rasmussen, dkpr@coloplast.com.
