We are now recruiting a Finance Director Performance Management to help shape the success of Nordic Marketplaces. You will work closely with senior management and be part of the finance management team. Main Responsibilities:Contribute to strengthening target-driven performance across NMPDrive the financial target process and further develop and implement performance measurement frameworks to track key metrics and KPIs across NMPDrive performance management throughout Nordic Marketplaces, by both supporting and pushing the verticals to realise their full potential, including benchmarking with external peers Analyse data trends (financial and operational data) to provide actionable insights for informed decision making in NMP management team Initiate and participate in various projects to increase business efficiencyCreate executive-level performance reportsDrive business reviews across NMP with focus on performance and prepare business reviews with Schibsted GroupEnsure competence in performance management throughout the groupSkills:Positive attitude and the ability to live and act in a climate of changeStrong ability to take own initiatives and ability to develop the role and teamHigh degree of business understanding, strong analytical skills and a developed holistic perspectiveCurious and with the ability to find and try new ways of working.
