We are a group of highly skilled engineers that thrive in a busy environment and we work in teams.Getting a flying start To succeed in our department, you have relevant experience from a similar company. You have some experience with a combined office, site, and offshore work environment. You have worked in companies that are project drive, and have activities related to installation of HV subsea cables. You have experience working domestically or internationally, ideally with projects related to interconnectors, windfarms or power from shore. You will be comfortable with ensuring quality and safety during the projects, ideally you are not afraid to take lead through your natural initiative and drive.How you make an impactYou will work in project teams as a Senior Engineer on projects with focus on marine installation operations. To do this you lead and plan, you will drive marine installation activities in projects such as installation packages and supplier / subcontractors, procedures, plans, analyses, calculations and other documentation. In cooperation with others in the project team; you will prepare specifications for equipment and services. In addition, you will be comfortable working with tender activities. You will also participate in developing and be responsible for technical solutions relevant in the department. You make a solid impact by participating in Quality and HSE activities internally.Your starting point when youHigher technical education from college or university (Bachelor / Master’s degree) and / or other relevant work experience.Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience from offshore installation and/or subsea operations.Experience in role of Lead Engineer from EPCI projects.Understanding or experience with Installation analysis and use of software tools like Orcaflex is preferred.Excellent Norwegian and English language skills - both written and verbal. Like to work in project teams but also independently.Structured and accurate when writing technical documentation/procedures.Creative and has an analytical and solution-oriented approach to challenges.Like to seek more knowledge within own discipline area and other interface areas.Our growth Culture At the individual level our growth-culture is built on trust and collaboration.
