Do you have a passion for leadership and supporting a team to develop? If yes, then perhaps you are our new Team Leader for Property Valuation Norway! We have a permanent position open in our dedicated Property Valuation-team in Trondheim.Our teamOur key responsibilities are assessing market value of residential and commercial properties. Your team works analytically and collaboratively with the advisors to contribute to the customer experience by providing quality valuations in a timely manner. The members of the team are of varying age, but is characterised by being motivated, focused on meeting deliveries and supportive towards each other. The team is fairly newly established and has been existing for 1.5 year and is a part of a new area anchored in our Personal & Business Customer Services–unit. Your roleAs a Team Leader, Property Valuation, your main role is to lead the team of professionals, who independently prepare new valuations and re-valuations of real estate collaterals. You support the team in meeting deliveries and making the right priorities, interact with stakeholders of the organisation to facilitate alignment around deliveries as well as requirements for the Property Valuation. Furthermore, you inspire and support the individuals of the team to realise their potential.In addition, it will be your mission to continue the development of the team, where growing competences, improving tools and strengthen processes will be important for the team to become a center of excellence with property valuation. About youTo enjoy this role, you like to see a team that works in an organised and systematic way, but you also know when you need to be flexible. You see the benefits of continuously developing the team members and is a strong executor, when realising different initiatives.Representing the team in the organisation and building close relations to stakeholders comes natural to you and you poses the ability to deep dive into both subject matter material, regulatory requirements and digital models used for valuation. The preferred candidate have experience from loans or credit processes or even direct experience from working with the property valuation; while a candidate with other relevant backgrounds and/or experience will also be considered. Previous managerial experience is a strong advantage. Fluent Norwegian and English skills (spoken and written) is needed in this role.Why join usYou would get to join a team with a friendly atmosphere and high motivation.
