Are you ready to join the Worldwiders family? What you will be doingAs a Talent Sourcer, you will be assisting our team of Finnish-Speaking recruiters with talent sourcing from Finnish and other markets, and you will get your hands-on with our social media marketing! Our specialty is language-based recruitment, and you will, therefore, be sourcing based on both experience as well as language skills. In addition to this, you will assist the company with marketing and administrative tasks. Your role will include, but not be limited to, the following tasks: Search and headhunt in our own CRM system and other CV databases – using various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, cold calling, and mail-outs)Present relevant candidates to the responsible recruiters on your team, so they can proceed with the recruitment processDevelop talent pipelines for future needsPromote our employer brand online and offlineAdvertise jobs on social media platformsCreate social media contentPost jobs on job portals Other responsibilities will includeWork with our website back-end system to collect data from applications and contact formsWork with all our social media channels, and our candidate portals and creatively find and engage with people on each platformBuild your own as well as increase the company’s networkManage our LinkedIn page and other LinkedIn groupsCreate campaigns to engage viewers and create insightPromote jobs of the week on social media and create weekly postsIdentify new sources, portals, and platforms both in Europe, the Nordics, and local countriesSend out newsletters To be successful in this role youAre fluent in Finnish and English, all the other language skills are highly appreciated Are available to work a minimum 50% position - we can offer flexible working hours to accommodate your studiesHave good verbal and written communication skillsWork in a structured manner and with clear goalsHave excellent time-management skillsMust be able to work from our office in Oslo, Norway during the internshipAre looking for an internship for 3-6 months Don’t meet all the requirements?
