Make It With Pride.In this role, You will define an iPPA roadmap across all categories, which executes the NO/DK Commercial Strategy & delivers a value realisation ($/kg) ahead of category. Leads the overall NO/DK RGM journey, capability build and prioritisation of focus areas.You will be reporting into the Marketing Director for Norway and Denmark.You will:Working with marketing, finance, supply chain and sales leadership, this role will lead the commercialisation of an iPPA Plan that is routed in Consumer (marketing) and Shopper/Customer Insight (sales) across our 5 key value drivers The roadmap will be built out within our IBP process to deliver a fully integrated pricing delivery programme into our AC plans for every categoryLeverages Category, Consumer and Shopper insight and analyticsWorks with the Capability Lead to ensure RGM becomes a part of what we do in NO/DKWorks with the Sales Operations & Sales Systems Lead to continue to develop our technology and analytics capability further Collaboration / partnering / influencing regional and global COEs What you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:Good financial understanding (trade fund management gross to net) and return on investment (ROI)Future-focused mindset, curious about industry trends, digital solutions and innovation for consumers and the ability to translate opportunities into business strategiesAbility and agility to develop and deliver a strategic plan, measuring and monitoring results and making recommendations to achieve growth targetsAble to influence stakeholders and interact effectively with senior leadership based on a deep understanding of priorities and with the courage and resilience to hold an alternative point of viewEducated to degree or masters in relevant field, or equivalent relevant experienceFluent in English, written and spoken.
