We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated new colleagues who can strengthen our deliveries.As a consultant you will work on-prem at customer site and in-house from Cegal towards the customer, individually and in teams. You may also work in projects and assignments over shorter or longer periods, while maintaining a good connection with other colleagues in Cegal.Work tasks and responsibilities: The ideal candidate will have a range of experience in different areas of IT and be able to provide technical guidance and support to customers.Some of your work tasks might be:Provide technical guidance and support to customers and colleagues.Participate in projects related to virtualization, remote desktop solutions, security, compliance, and governance.Develop and implement security policies and procedures, and conduct risk assessments as necessary.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Assist clients with general user support, server maintenance, backup, and antivirus solutions.Participate in go-lives for new customers and manage larger rollouts of IT equipment both offshore and onshore.Coordinate and follow up with customers and vendors.On-prem and remote IT operations of our customers infrastructureInvolvement in our Managed Services deliveries.Qualifications:Have knowledge in one or several areas of IT like:IT operations Cloud/On-premCybersecuritySoftware deployment and supportNetworking and FirewallExcellent problem solvers, able to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.Good communication skills, both written and verbalFluent in NorwegianAble to present technical information in clear, understandable terms to both technical and non-technical.Who are you?Motivated by remain up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends,Supportive, empathic and enthusiastic about helping your customers and colleagues succeed.Have the "consultant gene" and the ability to see and seek out commercial opportunities.Loyal with integritySomeone who can be a good Cegal ambassador and a positive role model.If you are an IT Consultant who is passionate about customer support and is constantly looking to expand your knowledge and skills in different areas of IT, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.Why us?As a Cegalien you'll join an inclusive and social work environment, where you're seen, heard and appreciated.
