As our new Project Manager, you will be one of our key enablers in developing our NDT teams with new inspection technology for CUI inspections towards our customers in the energy sector. Your role will be central in supporting and strengthening the organisation, driving continuous improvement and implementing new digital solutions across several disciplines.If you have a strong desire for both personal and professional growth, as well as a passion for leading projects and teams towards outstanding results, this is your opportunity to shine.Key accountabilities:Overall technical and commercial responsibility for projects.Lead multi-disciplinary engineering team with a focus on delivery and HSE.Develop good cooperation with the customer's representatives.Follow up all installation through participation in interactive meetings with installation personnel.Define the project's goals and success criteria, including scope, plan, resources and cost.Identify technical solutions, evaluate alternatives and recommend solutions.Establish project plan in collaboration with planner and project team.Cost estimation and forecast follow-up in projects in collaboration with estimators, cost controllers andproject team.Contribute to continuous improvement in the company's processes and working methods.Handle HSE and project risk through active risk management and management.Have good knowledge of the project's management systems and ensure compliance with them.Qualifications and experience:A bachelor's or Master degree in a technical field.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within NDT project management or related roles.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience from shutdowns and turnaround workKnowledge of industry-specific software and tools for project management.Familiarity with relevant safety and quality standards (e.g., ASME, API, ASTM).Ability to travel as needed to project sites.Strong communication skills, both in Norwegian and English.
