If so, then we'd love to have a chat! Burger King Norway is growing, and we are currently looking for a hands-on  Franchise Director  to build best-in-class franchise operating capability across the market by developing strategic relationships and providing operational consultancy for our franchise partners.Unlock growth by strengthening their business operations through developing a tailored approach for each franchisee, ensuring that our franchise operators are managed to brand standards through a structured support process. Influence Franchise operators to adhere to all operational standards which ensures consistent performance across their restaurant portfolio, and both recommend/manage the appropriate interventions and/or consequences for underperforming partners.Build a talent pool, cultural capability, and self-sufficiency within our larger partners for them to effectively run brand-building franchise operations to maintain brand integrity, mitigate risk and generally grow the business. Be a go-to person for all systems, tools and processes that enable optimal franchise same-store sales, guest, and operational performance, and drive the profitability of the franchise businesses by partnering with Franchise owners and senior operators to deliver positive unit economics. Authentic leadership, commercial mindset, coaching skills, and rigorous follow-up are required to develop both franchise operators and managers, and operational capability to unlock Franchisees' operating capability ensuring implementation of Burger King Norway's strategic plan. Responsibilities:Be the key point of contact for the senior operator, being their coach and supervising their performance on the market level.Build a pipeline of prospective franchisees, form partnerships understand their pipeline, planning, and operating capability, and identify areas for improvement and growth.Build franchisees' capability towards opening great new restaurants and minimize brand risk, maintaining brand standards.Support franchisees in optimizing their restaurants and ensure profitable restaurants through a relentless focus on sales growth, margin control, great products, engaged employees, and guest' satisfaction.Be available and support franchisees and restaurant managers in their day-to-day operations.Active follow-up of franchisees to ensure optimal operating and concept brand standards.Demonstrate leadership through clear communication and expectations.Responsible for facilitating and ensuring that franchisees comply with rules and laws in Norway.Support franchisees, building future restaurant managers.Help local management develop a strategy to deliver a world-class reputation for their restaurants.Improve execution and delivery by bringing to life standardized processes across all franchise operators to ensure new restaurants are successfully opened and according to brand standards.Spend time in the field with our franchise operators ensuring operational excellence.Overall accountability for Norwegian franchises means facilitating franchise conferences, presenting franchise strategy and focus, best practices, and benchmarking.Requirements:Minimum 5-8 years of experience in restaurant management/franchise management/multi-venue operations are a must.Knowledge of restaurant operations and operational routines.Experience leading teams and at a distance.Strong commercial, financial & analytical skills.Very good in written and verbal skills.A high degree of implementation ability.Proactive and result-oriented approach.,Ability to handle many tasks at once.We offer: Working in a multicultural and international organization.Competitive salary and benefits.Flexible work environment + office in Oslo.Opportunity to travel across Norway.  Be part of the family who loves driving great guest experiences.
