Factory operates under BRC, ASC, GlobalG.A.P. standards.We are currently looking for a person to join the Quality Team for the position of Quality Coordinator.Your responsibilities:quality control of raw material, products, and processpreparing quality reports and supervising documentationcollecting and sending samples for analysisreporting of non-conformities and participation in determining the causes and corrective actionsstaff trainingconducting internal auditscontinuous improvement of the quality assurance systemcooperation with an external pest control companymonitoring legal requirements in the field of food safetycooperation with certification bodiesRequirements:• experience with BRC certification will be an advantage• English skills: at least B2 level• team management skills• high communication and teamwork skills• assertiveness, independence, and good organization of work• qualifications of the internal auditor will be an advantageThe town where the production plant is located offers attractions:restaurantgymski slopes accessible in winterhiking trails in the mountainsfishing spots
