Together with you, we will provide trusted data in an industrialized, scalable, and sustainable way, making it an asset that drives innovation and growth, and creatinge the highest possible value for the company.As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within Document & Content Management in DataOps you will work in a highly skilled, collaborative cross-functional team within Digital.Typical tasks will include:In your role as a Document & Content Management SME, you will provide document and information management for field development projects.Ensure alignment to Aker BP's BMS regarding processes and requirements, within the scope of Document & Content Management.System owner of PIMS DCSVerify adherence across projects; develop "best practice."Initiate, solve, and implement improvements within system, processes and requirements.Drive "new ways of working" and develop a discipline community.Stakeholder management towards process and system interfacesDevelop document and information plans and perform quality control of data and information for the project in alignment with Aker BP processes and governance, and national regulations.Qualifications: Experience with document and information management in field development projects on behalf of an operator.Knowledge or experience of Data and Information Management framework terminology, preferably formal education/courses within this area.Excellent knowledge of Document management systems, preferably PIMS and Documentum D2, and Microsoft Office.Good communication and collaboration abilitiesProficient in English, written and spokenWe think you will thrive in Aker BP if this resonates with you: The SAFER values are the foundation for everything we do.
