Semco Maritime is looking for an experienced Stock Coordinator on behalf of our client. The Stock Coordinator is critical to the daily operation of the Onshore Spare Parts and Drilling Warehouse. The position is accountable for the registration of all movements of material at own premises and Contracted Storage locations, and to perform annual inventory control of clients owned inventory at own and vendors premises.The main tasks for this role will be materials management such as the following:Arrange storing of material for maximum control and utilization of warehouse spaceUpdate and maintain warehouse inventory dataAnalyze material requirements and monitor material movementsPerform physical inventory control, reconcile and correct differences (both at clients premises and at Contracted Storage Providers)Analyze inventory reports to identify excess stock and recommend disposalIdentify and take steps to address unsafe work practicesThe position is responsible for performing materials management activities including: Goods receipt control, quality inspection, storing, inventory control, disposal of surplus material, CSP inventory reports, issuing of material and preparing of shipment to offshore.Required education, knowledge, experience:Trade certificate within Material Administration or Logistics (Fagbrev)Strong system knowledge of Materials Management SystemGood communication skills in both Norwegian and English, also in writingAnalytical skillsKnowledge of the WELS systemOther relevant skills and experience:Forklift drivers licenseOverhead crane operators license (G4)Packing, securing and transportation of material (NOG 116)Slinger-and banksman training (Stropp/anhuker)ADR/IMDG Dangerous Goods training (offshore basics)Preferred Leadership Competencies:Take ownership of actions and follow through on commitments.Generate effective solutions based on available information and make timely decisions that are safe and ethical.Work location: TanangerDuration: November 1st. 2023 - December 31st. 2025Working hours: 37,5 hours pr weekDue to short timeline for delivery, qualified Candidates will be presented continuously.
