Job ResponsibilitiesThe project comprises a new unmanned offshore platform in the NCS. The project is in the detail engineering phase. Munin Topside will be designed without helideck, firewater and LQ. Access to the platform is via an SOV (support operating vessel). All valves are electric operated. Focus is to design the process systems simple with high degree of robustness and low maintenance need. Chemicals and some utilities (e.g. lean TEG and MEG) are supplied via the nearby platform Hugin A.You will as a Group lead for the Flare and Process Safety report to the Process Discipline Lead.You will lead a team of 5-6 Process engineers and be responsible for the deliverables and quality for this team.We are looking for a candidate with:Working experience in detail engineeringExperience in leading teams of engineersStrong competence in process safety/flare system designAbility and interest in inspiring and supporting people to deliver at their bestA special focus on right quality and on time deliveryThe team is responsible for:- Sizing of all PSVs / PSE (rupture discs)- Sizing of flare lines (using Unisim Flare)- Heat Radiation simulations by means of Flaresim- Blowdown simulations- Safety Analysis Tables (API RP 14C) and issuing of report- Issuing of Process Safety Report, Flare Report, Blowdown Report, Process Design Report- Input to Process Shutdown Hierarchy and working closely with automation- Developing flare, vent and closed drain P&IDs- Participating and solving hazop actions- Filling out engineering information register (e.g. linelist)- Process data sheets- Follow up and checking of vendor documents- Working closely with other disciplinesTasks:You shall ensure that the team secures the overall functionality of the process safety systemsSupport engineers to perform detail design according to plan.Identify need for meetings and reviews.Resource planningParticipate in HAZOP and reviewsMSc or BSc with required experienceRequired Work Experience:Minimum 8 years working experience from engineering (FEED and/or detail engineering)Working experience with Greenfield or Brownfield projects on NCS or Norwegian onshore O&G facilitiesWorking experience as Process discipline/group leadWorking experience within Flare/Process SafetyRequired Qualifications:Establish good relations with the ClientSolution orientedMultidiscipline understandingGood communication skillsHave a high loyalty to deadline and quality requirementsBe proactive, seeking advice and share own experiences with othersCommunicate well in English – both oral and in writing Planned start date: 01.12.23Planned end date: 31.12.25
