On behalf of our international client in Barcelona, we are now looking for a Nordic language speaking – Team Leader, to join their exciting project. They offer a great work environment, modern offices, a dynamic and young approach, with true career opportunities.As a Team Leader in our team, you will:Staff ManagementGive agents feedback on their individual performance to improve and motivate their daily workKeep track of each newly hired agent’s training and training needs to improve technical and phone communication skillsMotivate as a team leader controlling turnover and retaining potential and motivated team membersManage all disciplinary issues effectivelyAsk management to hire new agent(s) either to substitute or to complete the team using concrete metricOrganizationOrganize regular meetings to give feedback on team performance, inform on new procedures, upcoming changesMake sure processes and procedures are up to dateOrganize team building activitiesOffer support in critical problems (escalations, emergencies, agents and customers complaints)ReportingReport productivity metrics to the team and management dailyCollect production and performance metrics and update Project performance tracker What you will be offered: You will be trained and constantly guided by your managers and your team.You will learn new processes, develop your language and communication skills, as well as work in a digital environment, with some of the most innovative technologies on the market.What you will learn with us will make you a valuable member of our team or any other team.Your benefitsFull-time contract: 39 hours/week: Monday – Friday, from 07:00 to 16:00Competitive salary and performance bonusGreat office location in BarcelonaFriends hunting (referral) bonus.Full paid training about the company and the project you will be working onCareer development program and specialized coursesOpportunities for a career abroad through the Webhelp International Mobility Program  You'll be a great match if you:Have a native level of Norwegian, Swedish or Danish with advanced English languageHave 2 years of experience in team managementCome with experience in a tech support environmentPossess leadership skillsCome with working knowledge of CRMs and Tech Support applicationsHave experience working with Product and Engineering Teams in a SaaS environment is a plusHave an ability to adapt quickly to new software and constantly changing business requirements  We are equal-opportunity employerWe are committed to equal employment opportunities for all candidates and a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
