Today we're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join us in our Oslo office. You will play a core role in creating high-quality product design that meets the customer and business needs for the given target user group and according to the goals set. On a typical day, you will:Participate in the prioritization and planning processConduct user research and synthesize and use research data to run design experiments based on hypothesesCreate user-centered designs, from low-fidelity sketches to high-fidelity prototypes Create design specifications for implementation and follow up on these throughout the implementation phase.Collaborate with other teams and departments and help them deliver value to customersEvangelise design and contribute to strengthening the design capability of the organizationParticipate in product development planning and prioritization processConduct basic user research to understand user needs, synthesise findings and present actionable insightsMap out end-to-end user journeys for target user archetypes We imagine you will bring:5+ years of product design experience in digital product developmentExperience with basic user research and willingness to dig into usage and behavioral metricsKnowhow translating data into insights and comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative user research learningsExperience synthesising research into journeys and flows and present findings as action itemsKnowledge of designing process from ideation to high-fidelity designs Knowledge of translating high-level concepts into detailed features for complex and technical environmentsExperience with and interest to solve complex user problems and shaping them into powerful and intuitive solutionsKnowledge articulating design decisionsGenuine desire to put people first and have their experience at the core of every decisionExperience with information architecture and working on versatile projectsExperience planning design work on complex features and managing your own workload with confidenceInterest to create meaningful connections with teammates and mentor less experienced designersProficiency in Figma, Sketch, or other visual design, wireframing, and prototyping toolsGood written and verbal English skillsEducation within the design, HCI, or similarA portfolio showcasing your best work that shows your ability to produce thoughtful, real-world product experiences  The benefits you'll love: Work for a fast-growing series D scale-upGrow your career with our learning & development programsEnjoy flexible working hours with home office possibilitiesRetirement and insurance benefits to secure your futureCentrally located office set up for all Ardoqians to succeedEmployee stock option programNordic parental leave & vacation days modelSubsidized lunch in the office optionAt Ardoq, you will work with bold, caring, and driven people, bridging business and IT.
