This job will be for you if you are: Outgoing with effective communication skills that easily cooperate with many different departments.Wide experience and extensive understanding of the operation of an airline, from Network to IOCCDriven and goal-orientedCreative and solution oriented that loves complex logistical challengesBusiness orientated with the ability to balance a strategical and operational approach Experienced working with culture building in large, decentralized employee groups Preferred experience with working with the union and HSE (Health Safety and Environment) representatives. In this role you will be responsible for: Manage the Supply for the Flight Deck or/Cabin CrewBe the connector between the Airline Department and Operations to ensure the supply meets the demand.Act as a liaison between multiple stakeholders and Crew Management to ensure the effective planning and coordination of ongoing processesContact person in Crew Management for HR Shared and HR BP for Flight Deck or/Cabin CrewManage Crew BiddingsMaintain Supply Dashboard Maintain Seniority Lists Participate in Crew Related projects across departments.Handle requests from the Base Manager on behalf of employees.Communicate to crew on Zendesk, Workplace and e-mail for crew-related activities.Participate in the preparation for negotiations with input from Crew Management.
