The overall goal for our Solution Consultants is to be our customers' - trusted advisors, to quickly understand our customer's goals, challenges and guide them to utilise our system to the full.You should expect a range of challenging tasks within implementation, training, support and project management for our global customers. You will also work closely with the sales and marketing department and our developers to continuously solve complex real-world problems and shape the future’s commercial shipping industry.As a Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for building and sustaining customer relationships while driving the adoption of our solutions.
