BeskrivelseAbout the jobWe have a vacancy for a teaching assistant in the Primary Department at BISS Sentrum.The position is an 86% (term-time only) temporary position until 31st July 2024, and available immediately or by arrangement with the successful candidate.You will be working as part of a highly motivated and collaborative team, teaching a balanced curriculum that promotes the acquisition of key skills and behaviours through inquiry-based learning.We reserve the right to interview and appoint a suitable candidate before the closing date.Qualifications and personal qualitiesFull teacher or teacher assistant qualifications for international schools are preferred.Experience as a teacher or teaching assistant may compensate for missing qualifications.The succesful candidate will:be an excellent and experienced classroom practitionerbe enthusiastic, open minded and proactivebe responsible, flexible and team orientedhave proven skills in building a caring, nurturing and creative learning environmenthave excellent English skills, both written and oral (minimum B2)have strong collaborative skills.Proficiency in French would also be an advantage.We offerBISS Sentrum is committed to being a collaborative learning organisation.
