Using data-driven methodology, with a focus on sustainability all the way along the chain, we are creating the most efficient retail system in the world.As a Department Manager in Oda, you’ll lead and manage one of our departments at Lier. In this role, you are responsible for driving productivity, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a positive work environment. As part of your role, you will set clear expectations, establish effective channels of communication, optimize resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires strong leadership skills, data-driven decision-making skills, and the ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and functions. You'll have the overall responsibility for the department's performance and development. What you’ll do as Department Manager with usYou'll collaborate with the local management team to establish KPI targets for the department and track progress by organizing weekly KPI reporting meetings.You’ll follow up on day-to-day operations such as shift reports, deviations, and KPI’sYou’ll lead monthly performance reviews on behalf of your departmentYou’ll have the personnel responsibility for the department shift leadersYou’ll be present on the shop floor leading and coaching both day- and night shifts, and helping out in operations when necessary.You’ll host and be responsible for monthly department- and shift meetings, for both day- and night shiftYou’ll ensure that the department follows all HSE and compliance-related rules and tasks.
