The Core Banking team supports the Banks business development, application maintenance as well as operations.If you are motivated by provide an efficient and stable core banking platform and support business projects and innovation can this opportunity, be interesting. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a person with passion for test and who loves to challenge and improve existing processes. This position will be a good opportunity for personal development and provide a unique opportunity to extend knowledge of the Bank's financial products and processes related to our Nordic View21 core banking platform.As a Test Manager you will be responsible for planning, coordination and execution of test activities related to upgrade of our assets in cooperation with stakeholders. In addition, you will develop and maintain an efficient test framework aligned with best practice and Nordic test policies.Tasks and responsibilities in the role include:As part of the team, you will also contribute to the Bank's continuous improvement. You will improve our test processes and setup to enable delivery of continuous software upgrades.Build a successful Nordic Test team and secure necessary internal capabilitiesManage test strategies for View21Use Azure DevOps as a test management tool, and maintain user access for testers and stakeholdersCreate test plans, ensure test execution, and coordinate test activitiesReporting; status and end test reportsManage and follow up on reported changes, bugs and bugfixes both during and between upgradesEnsure agreed quality on our deliverablesEnsure maintenance of regression test casesMaintain test plan according to new release from software supplier (add to test plan for future upgrade)Identify opportunities and drive initiatives that will increase quality and speed up test executionWho we´re looking for:We're in search of an individual who shares our passion for testing and can inspire our team to uphold the highest quality standards.
