Would you like to participate in this year's mentorship program hosted by DNB and, at the same time, experience personal and professional development through a tailored mentorship program? If so, you can join us in our search for mentees for our mentorship program.You're probably someone with a multicultural background, armed with higher education and work experience from your home country, yet seeking a relevant position here. We believe your diverse perspective could be a valuable addition that can foster mutual learning, and we're keen to facilitate that transition for you. There will also be opportunities for additional digital and/or in-person meetings with your mentor throughout the program.DNB is Norway's largest bank and is committed to being a bridge builder and promoting diversity within our organization. Our overarching goal is not only to help multicultural individuals find jobs in Norway, but also to assist in understanding the Norwegian job market and to build a professional network What you can expect:As a participant in our mentorship program, you will have the opportunity to develop personally and professionally. The journey begins with a kick-off event on Thursday, november 21, followed by five in-person gatherings.
