For our client, who is a leader in the production of green batteries, we are looking for production workers in Sweden.The world's greenest battery factory in the city of Skellefteå will provide companies like Volkswagen, BMW, and Scania with huge amounts of climate-smart batteries. This requires a lot of people. By 2027, our client expect around 4,000 people, with about 85% working in production.Who are we recruiting:For these positions we’re looking for both experienced production workers, as well as those looking to start a new career. You must have elementary computer skills, be highly organized, result driven and have an eye for detail. Furthermore you must understand the basics of work flow production, thrive in a team environment and have the ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines. English is the company language so fluency is required.Beneficial previous experiences is work experience in industries such as paper mills, food, chemicals, electronics, oil and gas production or smelters and/ or training as an operator from industrial high schools or similar. Great asset will be experience from Automotive branch ! In addition, work experience from industries such as paper mills, smelters, pharmaceuticals, food or refineries, is also relevant.Available roles:As an Production associate, you work in the core of production– where battery cells are manufactured. Key duties involve control and monitoring of the machines, replenishing material and contributing to continuous improvements on the line, such as ensuring batteries are packed and ready to leave the factory, or support production in other vital ways.Manufacturing associates ensure that machinery and production equipment are kept in good condition, and receive the service needed to prevent downtime. The work is critical to keeping production lines working optimally.Working within Quality control involves participating in projects to increase production capacity and efficiency.
